Qingshen: Textile printing and dyeing industry employee skills competition demonstrates the spirit of craftsman

At 7 a.m. on April 28, the 10th Qingshen Yuhua Textile Staff Skills Competition, sponsored by the Qingshen County Federation of Trade Unions and Qingzhu Street and hosted by Yuhua Textile Co., Ltd., was held as scheduled. 98 technical experts from 6 teams from Yuhua Textile Co., Ltd. competed in 27 projects including pre-spinning, spinning, finishing, and weaving rapier.
Zhang Guangzhi, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yuhua Textile Co., Ltd., said that the company has attached great importance to improving the skills of employees over the years and regards talent training as a long-term task. Through on-the-job training and on-the-job training, we use time before and after work to conduct training to improve employees’ professional skills. The employee skills competition provides a fast track for the growth of employees and a platform for the company to cultivate and select talents.
At the brief opening ceremony before the start of the competition, the county federation of trade unions and the relevant persons in charge of Qingzhu Street hoped that the contestants could improve their operating skills through the competition and further set off a learning craze of “compare, learn, catch up, help, and surpass” , promote the construction of learning enterprises and provide technical support for enterprises to upgrade.
Subsequently, the six participating teams entered the venue in order, demonstrating their spirit of daring to fight, dare to innovate, and be united and friendly.
Liu Xingwei is the youngest person in this skills competition. At the age of 22, he works as a laboratory sampler in the company. After two years of experience, he is already an experienced workshop worker. .
Contestant Liu Xingwei said that the company’s holding of this employee skills competition can make us understand the shortcomings of our own skills. I hope the company will hold more competitions like this so that our old employees can hand over more skills to new employees.
During the competition, the contestants all showed their special skills, faced the challenge calmly, and used their dexterous hands and ingenuity to complete several process tasks such as cutting, twisting, and winding. They fully demonstrated their forge ahead and courageous struggle. The competitive spirit shows a solid technical foundation, superb technical level and rich work experience.
“Yuhua Company has always focused on technical training. This year is the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. After fierce competition, a total of 27 first prizes, 13 second prizes, 7 third prizes, 51 participation prizes, 50 commemorative prizes, and 1 organization prize were selected for this competition, and the winners were awarded on the spot. Certificates and prizes were awarded.
