Since the beginning of this year, Baqiao District has formulated the “Three-Year Action Plan for Vigorously Developing Advanced Manufacturing Industries”. The fiscal budget will allocate 30 million yuan each year, 3,000 acres of industrial land will be allocated in three years, and a total scale of 4 billion yuan will be established. The “Specialized, Specialized and New” Technological Innovation guidance fund will help industrial development.
In the next step, Baqiao District will build a multi-win platform, give full play to the role of industrial alliances, effectively promote the deep integration of industry, academia, research and finance, and build an open, multi-level, full-chain interconnected and complementary ecosystem for the textile industry. .

At the same time, we actively attract well-known textile industry enterprises inside and outside the province to join the alliance to create a professional, collaborative, and large-scale gathering and development alliance platform.
The second is to conduct extensive exchanges and communication and expand areas of enterprise cooperation. Establish the alliance working mechanism, rules and regulations, and basic databases such as enterprise database, talent database, and expert database as soon as possible. Regularly organize seminars and exchanges involving R&D, production, sales, financial institutions and other parties to seek cooperation channels between the transformation of research results and enterprise production and operation, enterprise expansion and financing institutions, broaden the development paths of scientific research institutions and industrial enterprises, and promote in-depth cooperation among alliance members .
The third is to give full play to the platform effect and enhance industry competitiveness. Through deepening exchanges and cooperation, we can achieve collaborative innovation of key technologies, co-construction and sharing of service systems, and collaborative advancement of industry, academia, and research funds.
