Implement classified disposal plans

According to the requirements of the “Shishi City Printing and Dyeing Industry Transformation and Upgrading Work Plan”, the next step will be for our city to carry out classified disposal of printing and dyeing enterprises at all levels. The specific disposal methods are as follows:

(1) For A-level enterprises: focus on supporting development and giving priority to various policy rewards;

(2) For B-level enterprises: focus on tracking and improvement, and implement rectification and improvement while producing;

(3) For C-level enterprises: Shishi will not be recommended for policy rewards at this level, and the higher-level policy rewards will be postponed until the enterprise upgrades its grade. The focus will be on rectification, and all rectifications must be completed before December 31, 2021. , those that have not been rectified in place will be suspended for rectification, and will be directly included in Class D enterprises in 2022;

(4) For D-level enterprises: they will not enjoy various policy rewards, and focus on strict investigation and rectification, involving environmental protection, safety,For matters vetoed by one vote, such as fire protection, each responsible unit will notify the company to complete rectification within a time limit, no later than October 31, 2021. If production needs to be suspended for rectification, production will be suspended for rectification. If it is not rectified within the time limit, it will be resolutely shut down; the rest does not involve a For matters vetoed by the vote, the Shishi Printing and Dyeing Industry Transformation and Upgrading Leading Group Office will be responsible for notifying the company and completing the rectification within a time limit, no later than December 31, 2021.

The sewage discharge volume of D-level enterprises after the suspension of production will be allocated to A-level enterprises in proportion, up to the environmental impact assessment limit of A-level enterprises.
