The EU launches the second anti-dumping review investigation into Chinese glass fiber filament
On April 21, 2022, the European Commission issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by the European Glass Fiber Producers Association on January 19, 2022 , launched the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation into Continuous Filament Glass Fiber Products originating in China. The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes of the products involved are 70191100, ex70191200 (EU TARIC codes are 7019120022, 7019120025, 7019120026, 7019120039), 70191400, and 70191500. The dumping investigation period in this case is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and the damage investigation period is from January 1, 2018 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
On December 17, 2009, the European Union launched an anti-dumping investigation into Chinese glass fiber filaments. On March 15, 2011, the European Union made a final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese glass fiber filaments. On March 15, 2016, the EU launched its first anti-dumping sunset review investigation into Chinese glass fiber filaments. On April 25, 2017, the European Commission made its first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on glass fiber filaments originating in China.
