The chemical fiber output It exceeded 60 million tons, accounting for more than 70% of the world’s total, accounting for nearly 85% of my country’s total fiber processing, and exports of nearly 5 million tons, accounting for more than 10% of global trade. 50%, ranking first in the world. The differentiation and intelligent development of conventional fibers have become the world’s leading advantageous industry. High-tech fibers have achieved major breakthroughs and entered the ranks of advanced countries. my country has become the world’s largest producer of high-performance fibers with the widest range of varieties. Individual leading companies have aggressively entered the chemical refining industry, which is changing the global chemical landscape. The continuous structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of the chemical fiber industry, especially the continuous advancement of new fiber material technology, has cultivated and brought into play the advantages of fiber materials such as high performance, multi-function, lightweight, and flexibility, providing an important path for the textile industry to achieve value enhancement. .
According to the competitiveness assessment results of my country’s 26 manufacturing industries carried out by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the textile industry is one of the five major industries in my country’s advanced position in the world. It is in the first echelon in the process of building a manufacturing power in my country. This is inseparable. Open as an important support for the front-line chemical fiber industry. Therefore, the future development of the chemical fiber industry is extremely critical to the development of the textile industry during the “14th Five-Year Plan”. In this regard, Gao Yong put forward four suggestions:
First, give full play to the leading role of technological innovation. Elevate the security and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain to a new level, further strengthen innovation in materials, equipment, and processes, promote the completion of short boards and forging long boards, and vigorously develop advanced functional fibers, high-performance fibers, bio-based fibers, and coal-based fibers. Chemical raw materials continue to promote the upgrading of the industrial base.
The second is to vigorously develop intelligent manufacturing in the chemical fiber industry. Strengthen the application research and development of common key technologies in intelligent manufacturing such as industrial Internet, artificial intelligence, industrial robots, and big data, strengthen the demonstration and promotion of intelligent workshops, and build a digital network intelligent demonstration factory. Cultivate and develop intelligent manufacturing system integrators in the chemical fiber industry, and encourage enterprises to form integrated system solutions with relevant suppliers based on the characteristics of different subdivisions of the industry.
The third is to continue to improve the industry’s green manufacturing capabilities. Use green technology to drive all links in the industrial chain, reduce pollutant production and emissions, deepen the entire production process, and increase efforts to transform clean production. At the same time, we will vigorously develop biodegradable fiber materials and recycled fibers, improve industry standards and evaluation systems, and help promote the industry’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

In recent years, under the guidance of the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the green fiber certification work carried out by the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association has become increasingly influential in the industry. The procedures have become more scientific and standardized, and the group of enterprises that have passed the certification has expanded year by year.
In accordance with the “China Chemical Fiber Industry Association Green Fiber Mark Use Management Regulations [2018 Edition]” and the relevant national requirements for product certification, after formal review, product testing, on-site inspection and comprehensive assessment, Haiyang Technology Co., Ltd.
