On June 28, Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group, MeiruiNew Materials Co., Ltd., Hebi Municipal People’s Government cooperated and signed the Hebi Baoshan Polyurethane Industrial Park project The ceremony was held in Zhengzhou, and the three parties cooperated to build a polyurethane new material industrial park in Baoshan, Hebi.
Henan Energy is a provincial state-owned large-scale energy and chemical group. It has a complete coal and chemical industry system in Hebi and has resource advantages in developing new polymer materials. Meirui New Materials is the only listed company in the field of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers in China. It has been deeply involved in the downstream field of new materials for many years, accumulated a number of core technologies and formed independent intellectual property rights, with Leading technological advantages. Hebi is an important energy and modern fine coal chemical industry base in the province, with a complete coal chemical industry chain foundation. This tripartite cooperation will be of great significance in promoting the transformation and upgrading and high quality development of our province’s chemical industry.
It is understood that the Hebi Baoshan Polyurethane New Materials Industrial Park project has a total investment of 15 billion yuan and will be constructed in two phases. The project will mainly produce new polyurethane materials and will develop upstream and downstream around thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers, eventually forming a collective foundation. The entire industrial chain of polyurethane new materials integrating coal chemical industry, midstream new materials, and downstream product industries has been built into a nationally renowned functional new material production base.
