2021 China Textile Innovation Annual Conference·Design Summit was held in Shenzhen

Recently, the 2021 China Textile Innovation Annual Conference·Design Summit was held in Dalang Fashion Town, Shenzhen.

This design summit focuses on the theme of “Smart Fashion New Era Value New Future” to sort out the new trends in the integrated development of the fashion industry and digital technology, discuss new models of cross-border collaboration between sustainable fashion and digital technology, and explore the digital transformation and development of the industry. A new path for building a digital fashion ecosystem.

This design summit is hosted by the China Textile Industry Federation and the People’s Government of Longhua District, Shenzhen City. It is hosted by the China Textile Information Center, the China Garment Association, the National Textile Product Development Center, Dalang Fashion Town Construction and Management Center is jointly organized. Sun Ruizhe and Chen Dapeng, leaders of China National Textile and Apparel Federation, Yu Jianyong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and president of Donghua University, and Xu Zhibin and Xian Xinmin, leaders of Longhua District, attended the event.

This summit has invited representatives of IT MANCLACYK, a Hong Kong designer brand that has found new and original energy for Chinese consumers’ fashion life, to bring you the latest design items and provide inspiration for design.

Xu Zhibin, member of the Standing Committee of the Longhua District Committee and Executive Deputy District Governor, said in his speech that Longhua District is accelerating the digital transformation of advantageous traditional industries, building a digital economy industrial ecosystem, and building a world-class digital economy pioneer zone. As one of the six key areas in Longhua District, Dalang Fashion Town has become a gathering area for fashion companies, a gathering area for headquarters companies with independent brands, and a gathering area for fashion creativetalents. Longhua District will rely on Dalang Fashion Town to further promote the highquality development of the fashion industry and build a new fashion industry city in Shenzhen. I hope that at this design summit, we will have an in-depth discussion on how industries can enhance the core competitiveness of small town development through new technology innovation, new product cultivation, and new business integration in the development of the digital economy, and accelerate the development of the small town. Promote digital and financial empowerment for the fashion industry and create an international digital fashion town.

Sun Ruizhe, Chairman of the China Textile and Apparel Federation and Chairman of the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF), proposed the fashion development goals of China’s textile and apparel industry in the future when delivering a keynote speech with the theme of “Intellectual Shang New Era Value New Future” , and deeply interpreted the symbiosis between the fashion industry and digital technology from the three dimensions of development environment, development capabilities and development paths.

The design summit also held the founding ceremony of the Fashion Industry Digital Technology Innovation Alliance, the enterprise licensing ceremony of the China Textile FabricPopular Trend Research and Release Alliance, and the 2021 “Big Wave Cup” Launching ceremony of China Women’s Clothing Design Competition.

The “2022 Spring and Summer Chinese Textile Fabric Trends and Zhishang Design Release Show” was also held at the design summit, which presented ten outstanding textile fabric production companies and outstanding designers Zhao Huizhou, An Bo, Chen Xiaoting, Li Kun, Wang A fashion feast jointly created by Ting and Yan Ming. The release show takes “rebirth” as the core concept and conveys the popular trends of the Chinese fashion industry with the four themes of “object·real world, fitness·heart source, common·nature, illusion·creation”.
