Ran Yuhong is a villager in Xieba Village, Xieba Township. There is a 75-year-old man in his family, and the family depends on his income. After the opening of the non-busy clothing processing factory, Ran Yuhong came to work in the workshop, and her life became better and better.
The Party Committee and Government of Xieba Township, Zheng’an County, through investment promotion, introduced non-occupied clothing processing factories to provide residents with employment positions and achieve “doorstep” employment. The No-Occupy Clothing Processing Factory settled in Dongli Community, Xieba Township in October 2021. The factory covers an area of more than 1,000 square meters and mainly produces mass clothing, mainly exporting orders.
It is understood that the introduction of garment processing factories in Xieba Township not only provides employment for residents, but also strengthens the collective economy and enhances the people’s sense of gain, happiness and security.
“At present, the non-occupied clothing processing factory has recruited more than 20 nearby laborers, with an average monthly income of more than 3,000 yuan. By the end of the year, the village’s collective economy can accumulate more than 150,000 yuan.” Luo Junsheng, the person in charge of the non-occupied garment processing factory, said.
Under the guidance of party building, Dongliju in Xieba Township has developed and strengthened the village collective economy, effectively consolidated the results of poverty alleviation, and found a path to prosperity that increases farmers’ income, develops industries, and achieves win-win results for all parties.
