However, the density of this kind of fabric cannot be too high. It is relatively thin and has relatively good wear resistance and air permeability. Generally speaking, the grade of plain weave fabric is lower, and cotton products are often used in ordinary printed products.

Twill weave: The warp and weft yarns are interlaced at least once every two yarns. The warp and weft interweaving points are added to change the fabric structure. Structure, collectively called twill weave. The density of the tissue fabric is high, the product is relatively thick, there are front and back sides, and the hand feels soft and smooth. The number of branches ranges from 30, 40, and 60.

Satin weave: The warp and weft yarns are interlaced at least every three times, so this weave makes the fabric denser. The fabric is also thicker. This type of weave product costs more than similar twill weave products. It has front and back sides. Because the floating length of satin fabric is longer and its fastness is poor, its texture is soft, the cloth surface is smooth and shiny, it is more luxurious and gorgeous, and it is widely used in fabrics.

Jacquard weave: also called “large pattern weave”. Place the yarn mat on the knitting needles selected according to the pattern requirements and knit it into a circle. Jacquard tissue can be formed in weft knitting or warp knitting, single-sided or double-sided knitted fabrics. Printed fabrics are flowers that are printed on the cloth after it is woven, and there are many choices. However, jacquard fabrics are woven during the weaving process, and you cannot choose flowers after the cloth is formed.
