After the workshop is finished, it will be handed over to QC to check whether there are any problems with style, size, and workmanship, and then the The inspection report is provided to relevant departments such as the pattern, workshop, and washing department for reference. If there is a problem with the size after washing/ironing, corresponding modifications must be made to the pattern. The preliminary sample is not required by the customer, and does not need to be approved by the customer. The factory itself makes it for large-scale trials, but if the factory feels that the process needs to be changed in some areas, it will notify the follower to discuss with the customer, and changes can only be made after the customer agrees. Sometimes it is not necessary to make preliminary samples, such as copying orders (but if the bulk fabric is new, it is usually done to avoid changes in shrinkage).

Note: “Sample clothing”, also known as “model”, is called sample in English. In Cantonese, “ban” and “ban” have the same pronunciation, and the word “ban” is easier to write than the word “ban”, so Cantonese and Hong Kong people usually use “ban” to mean “sample clothes”. (The “ke” in “kese” = “black”, the same reason.)
