China Home Textile Industry Association internal training meeting was held
On June 18, the China Home Textiles Industry Association ushered in the internal training activities for employees in June. At the training meeting, Wang Ran, deputy director of the Ministry of Industry, analyzed and explained the “overall operation of China’s home textile industry in 2020.” The main content focuses on three parts: “Analysis of the operation status and characteristics of China’s home textile industry in 2020”, “Analysis of the operation status of China’s home textile listed companies and NEEQ listed companies in 2020” and “Operation status of the home textile industry from January to April 2021” Expand.
The training first summarized the operation of my country’s home textile industry in 2020 from the aspects of “overall overview”, “domestic and domestic sales market” and “industry benefits”. Enterprises above designated size played an active leading role, and industry benefits achieved substantial growth in the second half of the year. Listed home textile companies are benchmark companies that lead the development direction of the industry. The operating conditions and characteristics of listed companies are closely linked to the development of the times. To this end, this training focused on the many highlights of listed home textile companies in 2020 in terms of response to the epidemic, digital construction, new channel layout, new process new product research and development, etc. The industry as a whole plays an active leading and promoting role in the future development direction and development context. As of December 31, 2020, there were 8 companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen main boards in the home textile industry, including 1 towel company; 2 fabric companies and 5 bedding companies. There are 15 NEEQ companies in total, including 8 bedding companies, 3 fabric companies, 1 carpet company and distributor company

Generally speaking, most main board companies have basically overcome the serious impact of the “COVID-19 epidemic” through their own efforts and maintained the sustained and stable development of corporate operations. The profitability of NEEQ home textile companies is generally optimistic, with main operating income and net profit maintaining positive year-on-year growth.
With the further recovery of the global economy, the domestic and foreign sales markets of the home textile industry have stabilized and improved, and all indicators of the home textile industry have maintained healthy growth from January to April 2021.
Overall, from January to April, the home textile industry showed good restorative growth on the basis of the previous year’s operation. The main economic indicators basically got rid of the negative impact of the epidemic and maintained healthy and orderly development. It plays a positive role in promoting the home textile industry to cope with external risks and boost industry confidence. At the same time, the home textile industry must continue to actively adapt to new situations and changes, seize strategic opportunities in a timely manner, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
