It is understood that Huimin Huaguang Co., Ltd. In 2005, 16 FA224 carding machines were purchased. During use, it was found that the machine caused serious damage to the fibers, resulting in lower yarn strength. Even the dust filter fibers were shorter than those used with other models. After research, the company’s technical staff found that the length of the cotton plate carding process of the machine was too short, only 22 mm, while the main length of the fiber spun by the company was about 29 mm. To this end, technicians raised the cotton feeding board and lengthened the length of the carding process to 28 mm. The modified cotton feeding board has been tested through many tests.
