Recently, Qingdao Dongjia Textile Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. has successfully developed two new products: FB series combined semi-worsted carding and strip making equipment and FN208X carding and strip making machine. It is understood that the FB series of combined semi-worsted carding and strip making equipment is a combined semi-worsted auto-levelling, carding and strip making machine. It is mainly used for semi-worsted carding process strip making. It can be combined into various forms and selected according to the characteristics of the user’s raw materials; the FN208X carding and striping machine is a carding and stripping equipment used in wool spinning or semi-worsted spinning processes. It consists of an automatic wool feeding machine, an opening carding machine, and a coiler. .

The output of cotton spinning carding machines accounts for about three-quarters of the country’s total. Water looms account for one-half of the country’s production, and it is the largest shuttleless loom production base in the country. At the same time, the technical centers of many textile enterprises in our city, such as Hongda Textile Machinery, Dongjia Textile Machinery, Xinghuo Textile Machinery, and Yunlong Textile Machinery, have been recognized by the province and city respectively.
