Most of the fabrics of ordinary boxes, bags, and bags are laminated with a layer of rubber to enhance the strength of the cloth, the degree of binding, and the body and bones of the fabric. This is usually called back glue in the industry. This process has been in use since the 1950s when PVC was used as the main material for adhesive backing. It was not until the early 1990s that, under the strong request of the European Union and Japan, the industry began to use TPU adhesive backing to replace PVC adhesive backing. However, the cost difference between the two is too great (the purchase price of new materials in 2007 showed a price difference of 5 to 6 times), so TPU adhesive cannot replace PVC adhesive in large quantities. Later, South Korea and Taiwan developed adhesives using SBS and EVA as the main raw materials. The price was 2 to 3 times that of PVC, and they began to be accepted by some users.
Donghong Company’s research and development of environmentally friendly adhesive-backed functional fabrics began in 2003, and has now successfully developed the third generation of TPE environmentally friendly adhesive-backed functional fabric products (first generation PEVA type, second generation TPEVA type). This type of environmentally friendly adhesive-backed fabric has been internationally tested by SGS and ITS, and all conforms to Oko-Tex Stan鄄dard100 and international famous brand productization and physical property limit value standards. In particular, its composite film peeling strength and water-repellent function are superior to similar products at home and abroad. , and the price is cheaper (only 1.5~2.0 times that of similar PVC-backed fabrics). It has become an ideal material to replace PVC adhesive products, and the market is gradually maturing.
Donghong’s environmentally friendly adhesive-backed functional products have been exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong and Macao regions of my country, and have been adopted by well-known international brands such as NikeE, Adidas, and Puma, and have received unanimous praise from users.
