Therefore, for the linen textile industry with ecological characteristics, it is of great significance to do a good job in sewage discharge and clean production to promote the healthy development of the industry, improve competitiveness, and accelerate industrial upgrading.
The prominent pollution problem in the linen textile industry is the emission pollution caused by ramie degumming. Due to the long-term chemical degumming process of strong acid, strong alkali, strong bleaching, high temperature, and high pressure cooking, the production cost is high, the water consumption is large, the amount of sewage is large, and the environment is seriously polluted. Solving the above problems has become the key to the survival and development of the ramie industry.
Ramie biological degumming technology is a major technological innovation project of ramie textile. It is an important measure and technological development direction for energy saving and emission reduction of ramie degumming. In 2006, the National Development and Reform Commission and other ten ministries and commissions carried out the “Textile Industry Structural Adjustment and Transformation of Growth Mode Special Project” Funding” has given key support to the “Ramie Biological Degumming Project”, which has a positive guiding and promoting role in the advancement of ramie textile technology and industrial upgrading.
In March this year, the National Development and Reform Commission held an expert seminar on ramie bio-degumming in Changsha, Hunan. At the meeting, relevant companies unified their understanding and conducted extensive exchanges and discussions on ramie bio-degumming technology. The accelerated promotion and application of degumming technology has played a positive role. In May, the China Linen Textile Industry Association proposed the “Industry Guidance on the Application and Promotion of Ramie Bio-Degumming New Technology”, requiring accelerating the scale and industrialization of ramie bio-degumming technology. Enterprises are also actively carrying out project research and project promotion. For example, Hunan Huasheng Group is actively cooperating with colleges and universities to carry out research and development of ramie biological degumming technology application projects. Hunan Yuanjiang Mingxing Hemp Industry Co., Ltd. is making rapid progress in project transformation, with obvious initial benefits.
At the same time, in addition to solving the pollution problem in terms of technology and equipment, we must also adjust the industrial structure, eliminate those small enterprises that pollute seriously, and limit the establishment of new ramie plants with an annual output of less than 3,000 tons/year of dry hemp. Degumming enterprise. In the main ramie producing areas, we will focus on planning and building ramie degumming enterprises and building supporting sewage treatment projects.
At present, the business environment of enterprises has changed greatly. Factors such as rising raw material prices, RMB appreciation, increased financial costs, increased social responsibility costs, increasing trade frictions, etc. have put the survival of enterprises facing great challenges. It also puts great pressure on enterprises to complete their energy conservation and emission reduction tasks.
