Danish fashion exports achieve recovery growth
The Copenhagen Investment Promotion Agency website recently reported that after 2-3 years of economic downturn, the Danish fashion industry has regained its vitality. Deloitte Accounting Firm’s report believes that the Danish fashion industry has successfully weathered the financial crisis. In the first quarter of 2011, Danish fashion exports increased by 16% year-on-year, of which exports to Germany alone increased by 23%, achieving restorative growth. Germany and Sweden are Denmark’s important garment and fabric export markets, and the continuous economic growth of the two countries will help stabilize Denmark’s exports.
