Qinghe cashmere intelligent production “accelerates”
Recently, I saw in the intelligent production workshop of Hebei Shengtai Company that cashmere yarns went in one by one, and a formed cashmere sweater came out after a while. Not only does it eliminate the need for sewing, ironing and other links in the past, but the knitted cashmere sweater has no seams and is extremely comfortable to look at and feel… The change in production methods has brought about the take-off of the industry. In the first half of this year, the cashmere industry in Qinghe County achieved an output value of 14.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.3%.
The development of intelligent production in Qinghe cashmere industry not only meets the needs of enterprises for high quality development, but is also inseparable from government encouragement and support. The “Sixty Preferential Policies on Investment Promotion” issued by the county clearly stipulates that “the government will reward enterprises for intelligent transformation; if the purchase amount of domestically leading intelligent equipment exceeds 3 million yuan, 10% of the equipment amount will be given. subsidies”.
In 2019, Yuteng Company and Hong Kong Nanxuan Company invested 200 million yuan to build the Nanguan Intelligent Digital Spinning Workshop, which launched the first shot of intelligent production in the cashmere industry. In the bright, clean and intelligent workshop, one or two people can operate a 100-meter-long production line, producing colorful yarns with near-perfect uniformity.
The intelligent spinning workshop extends the production chain from the low-profit carding link to the spinning link. Production management has been upgraded from the past “extensive, man-to-man” management method to refinement, big data analysis, and systematization. , programmed intelligent management model improves product quality and production efficiency, and greatly increases benefits. “One ton of first-grade cashmere spun into cashmere yarn will add 260,000 yuan in value. Nanguan Company spins 800 tons of cashmere yarn annually, with a total added value of 208 million yuan.” said Wang Yudong, assistant general manager of Yuteng Company.
Nanguan’s intelligent digital spinning has played a positive role in demonstrating and driving the Qinghe cashmere industry. Hebei Cashmere Warehousing Company’s annual production and sales of plush cashmere account for 6% of the international market share, and it is the core unit for publishing the national cashmere index. “We see bright prospects from Nanguan Intelligent Spinning Workshop.” Wei Jiwen, head of Hebei Rongcang Storage Company, said that they began to renovate and renovate the workshop in December last year, independently developed and purchased combined carding machines, textile humidification and dust suppression air-conditioning, etc. There are 236 sets of equipment (sets) and 2 sets of information systems. In less than half a year, 16 intelligent carding production lines of the first phase of the project were completed and put into operation in early May this year. Now it has a monthly output of 100 tons of plush-free, 25 Production capacity of tons of cashmere strips.
At present, in Qinghe County, intelligent production has formed a situation of chasing each other. Hebei Zhonghui Textile Company invested 15 million yuan to build a C2M intelligent knitting factory exhibition platform project at the beginning of this year. “With the advent of the era of personalized consumption, small batch and multi-batch production models have gradually replaced traditional large-scale order production, and the C2M manufacturing method characterized by fast speed has become the direction of cashmere apparel manufacturing enterprises.” Hebei Zhonghui Textile Fang Zhonghe, the person in charge of the company, said, “Our smart factory deeply integrates big data, artificial intelligence, mobile Internet, cloud computing, etc., and combines the App order management system with the digital workshop system to effectively solve the problem of large-scale production and small-scale production. The conflict between batch demand and multiple varieties.” It is expected that the project will be completed and put into operation by the end of August.
