Argentina takes final anti-dumping measures against Chinese suits
On January 30, the Secretariat of State for Foreign Trade of Argentina’s Ministry of Economy and Public Finance notified our office that it has now ended its ban on originating products in accordance with Resolution No. 349 of 2011 of the Ministry of Industry of Argentina announced in the official announcement on January 3. An anti-dumping investigation was carried out on suits and jackets for men or children in my country, and it was decided to adopt FOB minimum price measures of US$81.50 per piece. The above measures will take effect on January 4, 2012 and will be valid for 5 years.
