Vietnam’s textile exports to Japan grew by %
Vietnam exported US$3.13 billion in goods to Japan in the first three months of this year, an increase of 54.78% compared with the same period last year (2011). In addition, Vietnam’s exports to Japan in March were US$1.23 billion, an increase from February. 25.68%.
Crude oil was Vietnam’s main export product to Japan in the first three months of this year. The total export value was US$669.48 million, accounting for 21.42% of Vietnam’s total exports to Japan, an increase of 742.17% over the same period last year.
Textiles were Vietnam’s second major export product to Japan last year, with a total export value of US$443.63 million, accounting for 14.19% of Vietnam’s total exports to Japan, an increase of 33% over the same period last year.
