After the enforcement, the heads of each group returned to the command room on the fourth platform to report the enforcement results. This joint law enforcement operation focused on shutting down a total of 22 “low-level, disorderly and polluting” enterprises.
In this joint law enforcement operation, the heads of the District Economic and Information Bureau, the District Ecological Environment Bureau, the District Government Office and other units provided guidance on the action. A total of nearly 200 people from the District Ecological Environment Bureau and other relevant departments as well as Keyan Street participated.
It is reported that Keyan Street, as a pilot unit for the rectification of “low-level and scattered pollution” in industrial plants in the district, since the mobilization meeting on August 7, various work teams and more than 170 district-sent joint enterprise attendants have concentrated on 342 companies Pollution-related enterprises visited, informed of policies, provided services, and quickly promoted rectification work. As of August 20, a total of 300 companies had voluntarily shut down, with a shutdown rate of 88%, successfully completing the first phase of the pilot.
