Shedding mechanism Top-mounted dobby machine (GT221), spring box heddle, mechanical jacquard machine (TK72) and electronic jacquard machine.
Weft insertion mechanism The four-link and small eccentric link are laminated and connected in the center.
The main transmission mechanism is driven by the main motor to drive the crankshaft, and the loom is controlled through clutch and brake.
Beating-up mechanism The four-link beating-up mechanism realizes inertial beating-up through the crankshaft, handle and box seat.
Warp let-off mechanism: The outer stationary warp let-off realizes stable weaving of the loom tension through the adjustment of the tension rod.
The coiling mechanism realizes gap coiling through the relaxation of the worm gear pair and the ratchet pawl.
The color selection mechanism adopts mechanical 6-color weft selection, and the weft selection is directly controlled by the dobby machine and the pattern plate of the pattern jacquard machine.
