The transmission mechanism consists of a 2.2kW main motor that drives each mechanism through an electromagnetic brake clutch. The electromagnetic brake clutch cooperates with the electronic control system to accurately control the start of the loom, positioning stop, inching of one weft and other functions. Weft selection mechanism The loom is suitable for single-color and up to 8-color fabrics. The unique weft mixing function allows for irregular weft selection. Electronic weft selection is controlled by a computer, so that the selected weft yarn is introduced into the shed according to the pattern design requirements. The mechanical weft selection is connected with the dobby to achieve the weft selection requirements, with simple structure and reliable use. The warp let-off mechanism is a positive continuous loosening device. It is mainly composed of two parts: a friction-type stepless transmission mechanism and a warp tension feedback mechanism. It can be loosened synchronously with the weft finding device of the loom to keep the loom constant. tension. Weft breakage detection adopts a microcomputer control system, which has the functions of automatic weft search, automatic weft selection, warp breakage and weft breakage automatic parking.
