Transmission
The transmission device of the loom is composed of an electric motor, a V-shaped belt pulley, a clutch mechanism, a switch mechanism, a braking mechanism and an anti-reversal mechanism, as shown in Figure 4-18. The loom is driven by electric motor 1. The electric motor 1 drives the two flywheels 3 through the V-shaped belt 2.
When the loom is engaged, the two flywheels 3 press against the clutch 4 inserted in the middle, and the power of the motor is transmitted to the drive shaft 5.
There are two sets of “V”-shaped belt pulleys on the motor shaft. Each set of belt pulleys is composed of two belt disks with a single-sided taper and a belt disk with a double-sided taper. The basic components of the clutch include a “V” shape that is looped on the drive shaft and a cross-shaped drive plate that is fastened to the drive shaft. Friction plates are riveted on both sides of the end face of the cross-shaped transmission plate. When the two “V”-shaped belt pulleys clamp the friction plate in the middle, the clutch is engaged and the loom is started. When the two “V”-shaped belt pulleys are disengaged When the friction plate in the middle is disengaged, the clutch is disengaged and the transmission of the loom is cut off.
Braking mechanism: The projectile loom uses a full-circumference steel belt brake belt, and the working surface of the brake belt is riveted with brake friction plates. When braking, the brake band is tightened and tightly wrapped around the brake disc, so that the loom can be stopped quickly and accurately. When the automatic stop device of the loom starts to stop, the braking device should brake the high-speed loom to stop.
Switch mechanism: The switch mechanism is located above the breast beam and spans the entire width of the loom. It has three states: braking state (the loom stops), braking state (the loom remains stopped) and running state (the brake is released and the loom is put into operation). The following improvements have been made to the transmission device of the P7300 projectile loom: the main drive clutch has been enhanced, the braking performance of the loom has been optimized, and the braking load on the loom has been reduced by 30%. In addition, it simplifies assembly and disassembly operations and reduces maintenance time.
