Guangxi Yizhou Cocoon and Silk Industry Incubator was listed and operated by the Hechi Dongguan Industrial Processing Zone 2 Management Committee in October 2013. It was recognized as an autonomous region-level incubator on December 31, 2015. It is the only autonomous region-level professional incubator for the cocoon and silk industry in Guangxi. Up to now, 26 companies have settled in the incubator, applied for more than 40 patents, 10 achievements have been transformed, and 9 achievements have been implemented in the park to build factories and start businesses, with a total investment of 530 million yuan, and it is expected to increaseEmploymentThere are 1,664 positions, with an output value of more than 800 million yuan after reaching full capacity; the incubator signed high-tech enterprise cultivation agreements with three of the incubated companies and financed more than 20 million yuan for the companies.
In recent years, Yizhou District has continuously increased its support for the construction of software and hardware for technology incubators, and has secured more than 2.8 million yuan in support funds from superiors for incubators, continuously improving the incubator’s ability to serve enterprises.
