After many communications and negotiations with Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology, Linqing City Industry and Information Technology Bureau decided to rely on Linqing City’s leading textile enterprise Sanhe Textile Group to start a training class for reserve talents in the textile industry in July, and set up “Textile Materials and 10 courses including “Testing”, “Spinning Technology Design andQualityControl”, “Production and Operation Management”, totaling 220 hours.
The training course has been officially launched at Sanhe Textile Group on July 10. It will target more than 60 intermediate and senior technical and technical personnel engaged in product development, production technology, after-sales service and strategic development in the textile industry. Managers undergo four-month semi-full-time training. At present, more than half of the training courses have been completed and the results are obvious, effectively meeting the needs of enterprises for technical and management talents. At the same time, it has also cultivated a group of reserve talents with professional foundation, management skills and development vision for the transformation and upgrading of Linqing’s textile industry.
