On September 9, the Xiayi Ecological Printing and Dyeing Technology Industrial Park Comprehensive Service Center held a topping out ceremony. Deng Sanxing, general manager of Xiayi Broadway Construction and Development Co., Ltd., said in his speech that the comprehensive service center of Xiayi Ecological Printing and Dyeing Industrial Park was officially capped, marking an important phased victory in the construction of the industrial park project. The county party committee and government have firmly established the clear orientation of “project is king”, closely focused on the pain points and difficult issues in the construction and development of the printing and dyeing industrial park, and provided proactive services, precise services, and tracking services. The Ecological Printing and Dyeing Science and Technology Industrial Park Construction Headquarters was established to provide scientific overall planning, in-depth front-line guidance, and proactive solution to problems, laying a solid foundation for the smooth advancement and high-speed construction of the industrial park project. As an investor and operator of the industrial park, we fully realize the importance of this project and will consciously assume the historical responsibility and mission of making Xiayi’s textile printing and dyeing industry bigger and stronger.

Wang Ganfeng, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and executive deputy county magistrate, announced that the comprehensive service center of the Ecological Printing and Dyeing Technology Industrial Park has been capped.

It is understood that Xiayi Ecological Printing and Dyeing Technology Industrial Park is the first pilot unit for printing and dyeing layout in the province determined by the Henan Provincial Government. Up to now, the printing and dyeing industrial park has completed a total investment of 380 million yuan, ensuring the strong and orderly advancement of the project.
