The Textile Industry Federation and the China Knitting Industry Association awarded the title of “China’s Famous Socks Industry Town”. It is understood that after more than 30 years of development, Xiaobeihe Town, Liaoyang County, has turned small socks into a big industry and gradually formed a good industrial cluster situation.
