Recently, light to moderate rain has continued in the Heze area of Shandong Province. The rain has been continuous and the temperature has ranged from 14 to 28 degrees. The cotton picking progress has been affected to a certain extent.
Due to weather conditions, some cotton fields have accumulated water, and farmers are actively draining water. A local cotton farmer said that rainfall caused the cotton grade to decline, and some cotton bolls deteriorated and fell off. According to the current cotton boll growth situation, the cotton grade is expected to be 4-5.
