The Aksu region carries out the verification of measuring instruments for cotton purchase

We learned from the Regional Metrology and Verification Institute on October 12 that the Regional Metrology and Verification Institute actively carries out the verification of measuring instruments for cotton purchase, maintains the order of cotton market purchase, and effectively protects the legitimate rights and interests of cotton farmers and enterprises.

During the verification, in order to ensure the accurate, fair and impartial use of measuring instruments during the cotton purchase period, the verification personnel started in advance and went to various ginning plants and cotton purchase points in the jurisdiction to conduct inspections of electronic truck scales, balances, clothing scales, and quantitative packaging. We carry out special verification of scales, weights and other measuring instruments, and actively provide debugging, verification and maintenance services for measuring instruments for various cotton purchasing and processing enterprises. Up to now, the Regional Metrology and Verification Institute has inspected 43 cotton purchase and processing enterprises in Aksu City, and verified 146 measuring instruments. After adjustment and repair by metrology and verification personnel, the passing rate of measuring instruments reached 100%.
