On October 16, 2021, as the first batch of cotton with batch number 62002211001 was successfully warehoused into the professional supervision warehouse of Gansu Province, Guazhou Dunzhong Cotton Industry Co., Ltd., marking the “professional warehousing supervision + storage of cotton” “Notarization inspection” work is in full swing in Gansu Province.
In the 2021 cotton year, in accordance with the relevant work requirements of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, with the full cooperation of Gansu Provincial Finance, Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Market Supervision, Supply and Marketing Cooperation and other departments as well as the Provincial Cotton Association, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province launched the cotton “professional Warehousing supervision + warehouse notarization inspection” work. With the strong support of the local Finance Bureau, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Market Supervision Bureau, Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and other relevant departments, the National Cotton Trading Market has successfully completed various tasks such as cotton planting data collection, cotton processing enterprises and professional supervision warehouse review and disclosure, etc. The provinces in the mainland that have the conditions to carry out “professional warehousing supervision + notarization and inspection of warehouses” have achieved breakthroughs and laid a good foundation.
The notarized inspection work after storage is organized and implemented by the China FiberQualityMonitoring Center, and the Gansu Provincial Fiber Inspection Agency is responsible. On the day of storage, the first batch of cotton completed online weighing and online moisture regain testing. The Xi’an office of the National Cotton Trading Market sent personnel to coordinate on-site, and Beijing Smart Cotton Technology Co., Ltd. was responsible for technical support throughout the process to jointly ensure the smooth completion of the warehousing work.
