The fabric can prevent sweat stains from showing through the waterproof fiber yarn used on the surface, so it is expected to be used in golf sportswear and ordinary women’s clothing. The company expects sales of this product to reach 300,000 meters in 2015 and 500,000 meters in 2016. In addition, if the delta peak fabric with high balance is woven using functional fiber yarn or yarn-dyed yarn, the variety of products can be enriched.
Dualfine is a double-sided knitted fabric. In order to prevent sweat stains from appearing on the surface of clothing, its close-fitting layer is designed as a water-absorbent evacuation layer, while the surface layer is a waterproof layer. The waterproof layer is designed to combine a thin layer of functional fiber on the surface of the fabric, and this fiber was originally developed for triple dry carat, a sweat treatment material that keeps skin dry. Compared with traditional coated fabrics, dualfine fabrics are thinner and more absorbent. They are also better in terms of breathability, anti-see-through, and washing resistance.
At present, waterproof fiber yarns and fabrics are produced in Japan. In the future, China Nantong Teijin and Thai Namsiri Intertex will be considered for inclusion in the production plan, and the development of woven fabric applications will also be accelerated.
Because of the price advantage, the company will not only use it in golf and other sportswear fields, but will also promote it in the general clothing field. In 2013, 20,000 meters of this product were sold, and sales are expected to increase significantly thereafter. Sales may be 100,000 meters in 2014, 300,000 meters in 2015, and 500,000 meters in 2016.
In addition, because the composite functional fiber fabric delta peak uses high-crimp fiber yarn, it has texture and anti-snagging properties, so it has been used in both woven fabrics and knitted fabrics. Among woven fabric products, this fabric can be seen in the flat cross-section fibers of the insulating material c cube and in high-color nylon products. In knitted fabric products, delta peak is also used in the newly developed multifilament poy (pre-oriented yarn) of high-strength polyester fiber pasmo products. The tough cross-section fiber calculo has also developed multifilament products with a single-filament denier of less than 1.
At the same time, the company is also working hard on the expressiveness of delta peak fabrics, and has proposed various application solutions such as multi-color ply yarn, slub yarn and yarn-dyed strip fabrics.
