Test the waterproof and oil-proof effect of high-concentration LZ-762.

1. Test equipment: small rolling mill, small shaping machine
2. Test drug: high concentration LZ-762 ()
3. Test materials: pure cotton cloth, pure polyester cloth
3. Test standards:
According to the “AATCC22-2005 Spray Method for Testing Water Repellency of Textiles”, the waterproof performance of the fabric is tested by measuring the permeability of the fabric against spray water.

2. Testing process:
(1) Pure polyester: one dip and one rolling (rolling residue rate 78.48%) → drying (130℃X60s) → baking (170℃X50s)
(2) Pure cotton cloth: one dip and one rolling (remainder rate 68.72%) → drying (130℃X120s) → baking (170℃X50s)
