The reporter learned from the Keqiao District People’s Court yesterday that at the 8th China International Copyright Expo held from October 16th to 18th, as the country’s first legal field image duplication checking and comparison system and Zhejiang A key application project of the global digital court reform, the copyright AI smart trial developed by Keqiao Court was unveiled at the China International Copyright Expo.

The China International Copyright Expo is the only comprehensive, international, national-level professional copyright expo in the field of copyright in my country. At this exhibition, Keqiao Court demonstrated the function, application and actual cases of copyright AI intelligent trial in the form of videos, exhibition boards and practical systems, showing the exploration and practice of Keqiao Court in digital reform and providing everyone with An interactive and visual experience.

At present, Keqiao Court’s copyright AI smart trial has been used in 127 cases, with an effective duplication check rate of 28%, and it has accepted 13 cases entrusted by foreign courts. In the next step, Keqiao Court will take “data without barriers and applications without boundaries” as its guideline, and strive to use the duplication check system to break down the data barriers to copyright protection in each province in the “AI era of intellectual property protection” and realize the interconnection of design, trademark and external network data.
