According to different development stages and technical characteristics, intelligent manufacturing is divided into three paradigms: digitalization, networkization and intelligentization. Digitalization is the foundation of intelligent manufacturing, and networking is the foundation of digitalization. 3. Work carried out in intelligent manufacturing in the industry
The industrial textiles industry has officially launched intelligent manufacturing work in the industry since 2016, taking nonwovens as a key area of industry intelligence and taking informatization and digital construction as important means to enhance the industry’s advanced manufacturing capabilities. During the implementation process, the company has achieved phased results through high-standard planning, advance layout, and phased advancement.
China Industrial Textiles Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) has conducted a large number of enterprise surveys and held many seminars to understand the current situation and needs of enterprise intelligence, analyze the main models and implementation paths of intelligent manufacturing in the industry, and determine the industry’s “The main tasks of intelligent manufacturing during the 13th Five-Year Plan” period have formed the “Intelligent Manufacturing Implementation Plan for the Nonwoven Industry”.
The association has carried out pilot demonstration work on intelligent manufacturing for nonwovens enterprises in the industry. According to the situation of enterprises in equipment, information construction and internal management, and combined with the wishes of enterprises, the association has carried out two batches of smart manufacturing pilot demonstration work in the industry, with a total of 11 enterprises and 1industry Clustersparticipate in industry smart manufacturing pilot demonstrations. The association cooperates with Fucheng Street, Funing County, Jiangsu, to build an intelligent filter material park to promote the construction of the industrial Internet platform in the park and the intelligent transformation of key enterprises. The association organizes experts to diagnose the smart manufacturing situation of pilot units and provide professional advice, connect excellent supplier resources, and track the progress of smart manufacturing project implementation every year. After three years of hard work, the units participating in the pilot have made significant progress in the construction of smart production lines, smart warehousing, smart factories and industrial Internet platforms in the park. The three member companies of the association were selected as intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration enterprises and intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization and new model application enterprises by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
