Longlin County grassroots sericulture technology backbone production training class held
From October 26th to 30th, a production training class for grassroots sericulture technology backbones in Longlin County, Guangxi was held in Nanning. A total of 40 people, including technical cadres of the Longlin County Sericulture Technical Service Center, small silkworm co-breeders, large farmers, and wealth leaders, participated in the training.
The training class is taught by experts from the Sericulture Technology Promotion Station of the Autonomous Region. The teaching contents include “The Development and Prospects of Guangxi’s Sericulture Industry”, “Guangxi’s Main Silkworm Breeds and Key Points of Breeding Technology”, “Diversified Utilization Technology of Sericulture Resources”, ” There are 5 special topics including “High-yielding Mulberry Cultivation and Prevention and Control Technology of Diseases and Pests” and “Guangxi’s Main Promotion Technology of Sericulture Production and Prevention and Control of Silkworm Diseases”. The training class also organized students to go to Guangxi Sericulture Technology Promotion Station, Guangxi Sericulture Improved Breeding Demonstration Base and Yizhou District to carry out practical training in sericulture production.
This training course is rich in content, combining theory and practice, and is highly targeted and practical. It will help improve students’ basic theoretical knowledge, production technology and management level; it will help students understand the development of sericulture.
