On the afternoon of November 3, Hairong Holding Group Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Gushi County and plans to invest more than 10 billion yuan to build a new hairong (Gushi) textile and garment industry city.
Hairong Holding Group is a comprehensive group engaged in industry, industry finance, and industry-city investment and operation. Its business involves six major industrial sectors including big data, big health, big culture and tourism, new energy, new ecology, and industrial parks.
It is understood that in March this year, the two parties signed a contract, and Hairong Holding Group Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of Hairong (Gushi) Green Textile Industry Demonstration Base. The first phase of the project start-up area covers an area of 325.5 acres, with a total construction area of 290,000 square meters, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan.
According to this agreement, the two parties agreed to work together to deepen cooperation again and plan to build the Hairong (Gushi) Textile and Garment Industry New City project with an investment of over 10 billion yuan, an area of over 3,600 acres, and a construction area of over 3 million square meters. In building a production base for the entire textile, printing, dyeing and garment industry chain, a Yangtze River Delta textile and garment industrial transfer undertaking base, a core base for textile and garment industry innovation and technology incubation, and a high-quality OEM base for international brands , textile and clothing trading center, international textile and clothing exhibition and cross-border e-commerce important base, and a modern fashion and creative city suitable for industry and livability. After the project is completed, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 30 billion yuan, and profits and taxes will be more than 1 billion yuan, which will effectively promote the textile and garment industry in Gushi County to accelerate towards the goal of 50 billion yuan.
Xinyang Mayor Cai Songtao, Xinyang Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee Member and United Front Minister Zeng Hui, Vice Mayor Li Zhengjun and others attended the signing ceremony. Wang Zhixue, Secretary of the Gushi County Party Committee, and Wu Haibin, Chairman of Hairong Holding Group Co., Ltd. delivered speeches respectively. Yang Haowei and Wu Haibin, acting county magistrates of Gushi County, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
