On November 3, China Industrial Textiles Industry Association Spunlace Nonwovens Branch No. The fifth general meeting of members and the 26th national spunlace nonwovens production technology and application exchange meeting were held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. This conference reviewed and approved the work report of the fourth council, and elected the fifth council of the China Association of Spunlaced Nonwovens Branch. Li Guimei, President of the China Industrial Textiles Industry Association, affirmed the work done by the four spunlace branch councils, analyzed the problems faced by the development of the spunlace industry, and put forward three requirements. First, strengthen technological innovation and enhance the flexibility of the industrial chain. Strengthen research on basic common technologies, increase the added value of products, and cultivate high-quality enterprises through gradients. Second, accelerate industrial upgrading and promote digitalintelligentgreen integrated development. Promote the application of advanced equipment and software systems in the industry, accelerate digital, networked and intelligent transformation; promote the construction of a green development system for the industry and create a green development ecology for the nonwoven industry. Third, increase talent training to meet the needs of industry development. Actively promote the compilation of the “Occupational Skills Standards for Nonwoven Manufacturers” and training materials, accelerate the training of nonwoven professional and technical talents, and improve the skill operation level of front-line workers.

The conference also focused on the preparation and performance research of cellulose-based antibacterial and antiviral protective materials, digital solutions for cost control of nonwovens, the application of lyocell fiber in nonwovens, and spunlace nonwovens defect detection technology , special exchanges were conducted on viscose and polyester short fiber markets under the energy crisis, new era and new opportunities, etc.
