Fujian Province Intelligent Textile Technology Innovation High-end Forum was held in Quanzhou

On November 15, with the theme of “Intelligent TextileTechnological Innovation, Helping IndustryTransformation and Upgrading” The 21st Annual Conference of Fujian Association for Science and Technology and the High-end Forum on Intelligent Textile Technology Innovation were grandly held at the Liming Hall of Liming Vocational University. This forum is hosted by Fujian Science and Technology Association, China Textile Engineering Society, and Quanzhou Municipal People’s Government, and hosted by Fujian Textile Engineering Society, Liming Vocational University, Quanzhou Science and Technology Association, and Shishi China Textile Clothing and Accessories Industry Research Institute. It is co-organized by Quanzhou Textile and Garment Chamber of Commerce, Quanzhou Textile and Garment Association, Quanzhou Haitian Material Technology Co., Ltd., and Fujian Changyuan Textile Co., Ltd. More than 300 people including leaders of relevant departments, experts and scholars, business representatives, and representatives of teachers and students from Liming Vocational University attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Cai Tao, executive vice president of Shishi China Textile Apparel and Accessories Industry Research Institute.

This meeting invites relevant academicians and experts to discuss the development strategies of the textile industry under the epidemic prevention and control situation, and explore solutions for textile machinery equipment updates and efficient operations, intelligent dyeing Countermeasures against contradictory issues in the upgrading of complete equipment, textile industryenergy conservation and emission reduction, etc., to accelerate the advancement of our province’s textile industry, The automation process of enterprises helps promote the development of the textile and garment industry in the direction of intelligent and informatization.

At the meeting, the Quanzhou Municipal People’s Government Economic Consultant Appointment Ceremony and the Unveiling Ceremony of the Whole Industry Chain School-Enterprise Alliance were held. Wang Songbai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Liming Vocational University, and Wang Qiming, Chairman of the Fujian Textile Engineering Society, jointly unveiled the “Fujian Shoes and Clothing Whole Industry Chain School-Enterprise Alliance”. The “big platform +” social service model based on the school industry chain school-enterprise alliance is used to build a provincial collaborative innovation center based on the “big platform +” model.
