Introduction
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently announced the list of national public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises in 2021. 292 institutions including Beijing Zhiguagua Technology Service Co., Ltd. are on the list. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requires the demonstration platform to continuously improve its service capabilities and ability to organize and mobilize social service resources, proactively provide public welfare services to small and medium-sized enterprises, actively undertake various tasks entrusted by government departments, and promptly reflect the difficulties and problems faced by the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The policy recommendations will play a supporting role in improving the modernization level of the industrial chain and supply chain and helping the manufacturing industry to become more solid, stronger and better. The demonstration platform certification is valid for three years until December 31, 2024. Five institutions including the China Textile Information Center recommended by the ChinaTextile Industry Federation were selected.

In accordance with the “Measures for the Recognition and Management of the National Public Service Demonstration Platform for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Enterprise [2017] No. 156) and the “Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing the Recommendation of the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Public Service Demonstration Platform in 2021” ( According to the Enterprise Letter [2021] No. 90 of the Department of Industry and Information Technology, 292 national public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises in 2021 have been identified after recommendation, expert review and publicity by the provincial small and medium-sized enterprise authorities and relevant industry associations. The matters announced are as follows:
1. The national public service demonstration platform for small and medium-sized enterprises should continuously improve its service capabilities and its ability to organize and mobilize social service resources, proactively provide public welfare services to small and medium-sized enterprises, actively undertake various tasks entrusted by government departments, and promptly reflect the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The difficult problems faced and policy suggestions will play a supporting role in improving the modernization level of the industrial chain and supply chain and helping the manufacturing industry to become more solid, stronger and better.
2. The competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises in various regions should do a good job in cultivating and managing public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises, and ensure the servicequality of the national public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises within their jurisdictions. Conduct regular inspections on service charges, service satisfaction, etc., and prepare annual work summaries and inspection reports.
3. Relevant industry associations should strengthen communication and connection with the provincial small and medium-sized enterprise authorities where the recommended platforms are located, and promote the national small and medium-sized enterprise public service demonstration platform to serve the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.
4. The certification of the National Small and Medium Enterprises Public Service Demonstration Platform is valid for three years, from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
5. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will entrust a third-party organization to organize experts to conduct random inspections and evaluations of the national small and medium-sized enterprise public service demonstration platform from time to time. Those who fail the evaluation will have their title of demonstration platform revoked.
