Nanchong City Silk Clothing Industry Development Symposium was held
On the morning of December 10, Nanchong Economic and Information Bureau organized a symposium on the development of the city’s silk textile and garment industry. Nanchong Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, Municipal CocoonSilk Association, Linjiang New District Management Committee and other municipal departments in charge, principal persons in charge of departments and The heads of the industrial and information technology departments of each county (city, district) attended the meeting. The meeting heard the Nanchong Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, Municipal Cocoon Silk Association, and 9 county (city, district) industry and information technology departments on the development results, experiences, practices, and existing problems of the silk spinning and garment industry in 2021 and report on next steps. The Administrative Committee of Linjiang New Area in Nanchong made a speech focusing on the development status, existing problems and plans for the next five years of the silk garment industry. The Municipal Economic and Information Bureau has made arrangements for the transformation and upgrading of the city’s silk textile and garment industry and the safety production of the industry in 2022. The meeting also specifically solicited opinions and suggestions on the preparation of the silk spinning and garment industry development plan in Linjiang New District, Nanchong.
