He emphasized that we must firmly follow the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the 10th Plenary Session of the 11th Provincial Party Committee, and adhere to strategic emerging industries,Intelligent manufacturing industry and other industries are the key directions, cultivating and strengthening modernindustrial clusters, vigorously developing green and low-carbon advantageous industries, and promoting the governance of Sichuan in the new era. Lin Shucheng visited Yilong Sericulture Modern Industrial Park and Yilong Jiafeng Fashion Co., Ltd. to learn more about the development model of the whole industry chain of the sericulture industry from base to enterprise, and heard about the situation of helping farmers increase their income. He pointed out that modern industrial parks are conducive to leading and driving rural industries to become bigger and stronger, and are conducive to attracting farmers to find jobs nearby and increase their income. They are a powerful starting point for promoting rural revitalization.
