Main unqualified items and situation analysis
pH value
When the pH value of textile water extract is neutral to weakly acidic, it is helpful to protect the surface balance of human skin. If the pH value is too high or too low, it will irritate the skin, cause skin allergies to the user, and easily cause irritation. The skin is invaded by other germs. According to GB 18401-2010, the pH value of infant textile products should meet the requirements of Class A, that is, 4.0-7.5; the pH value of products that directly contact the skin should at least meet the requirements of Class B, that is, 4.0-8.5; those that do not directly contact the skin The pH value of products should at least meet the requirements of Category C, that is, 4.0-9.0. During the quality supervision of supporting bedding filling products in the third quarter, the pH value of one batch of products exceeded the allowable range of Class C standards, and the actual measurement result was 9.4. The main reasons for the excessive pH value include companies’ lax quality control of raw materials, incomplete processes or reduced prescribed procedures in the fabric production process, insufficient washing after printing and dyeing, and failure to take certain neutralization measures.
