The recalled products are Crewcuts girls’ fur coats in various colors, model number C9048, and date codes Fa15 and Ho15. Affected coats in Canada have the following numbers on the care label: 5055794, 5056319, 8053606, 5056525, 8053098, 8053603.
The recalled product was sold in J.Crew retail stores in Canada and on the jcrew.com/ca website from August 2015 to January 2016, with a sales volume of approximately 143 units; approximately 16,370 units have been sold in the United States. pieces. The reason for the recall is that the snaps on the coat may come off, posing a choking hazard to children. So far, Health Canada has not received any reports of accidents or injuries from consumers using this product; J.Crew has received 4 related accident reports, but the accidents occurred outside Canada.
