At present, the company has set up a factory in Cambodia and plans to employ 100,000 workers. However, it will expand the production scale in stages. It was troubled by the nearly 10 labor unions in the factory, and because it could not stand the irrational behavior of the labor unions, it decided to abandon its original goal of hiring 100,000 workers.
