Argentina ends review investigation of anti-dumping sales of non-retail polyester textured yarn from China

On May 17, 2016, the Argentine Ministry of Production issued Resolution No. 194/2016, deciding to end the anti-dumping sunset review investigation of non-retail polyester textured yarn originating in China (Spanish: hiladostexturizadosdepoliéster), and since the resolution An anti-dumping ad valorem tax of 14.20% of the FOB price will be levied on non-retail polyester textured yarn originating in China from the date of issuance, and will be valid for 5 years. The products involved are polyester textured yarns with a fineness greater than 80 decitex but less than or equal to 350 decitex, excluding sewing thread. The Mercosur tax number of the product involved is: 5402.33.00.
