The main export products with an increase in export value in the first half of this year compared with the same period last year include electronic products and their parts, which increased by 16.7% to 17.1 billion U.S. dollars, textile and clothing products, which increased by 5.1% to 10.7 billion U.S. dollars, and electronic products, computers and their parts, which increased by 7.9 billion U.S. dollars. Regarding export markets, the United States remained Vietnam’s largest export market in the first half of this year, with an export value of US$17.7 billion, an increase of 12.8%, followed by the European Union, with an export value of US$16.3 billion, an increase of 9.8%, and China with an export value of US$16.3 billion, an increase of 14.3%. %, South Korea’s exports were US$5.1 billion, an increase of 39%; exports to ASEAN were only US$8.2 billion, a decrease of 12.6%, and Japan’s exports were US$6.6 billion, a decrease of 1.3%.
