(4) The dumping rate of Tainan Spinning Co., Ltd., a mandatory respondent company in Taiwan, is 0%, the dumping rate of Far Eastern Textile Ltd. is 48.86%, and the dumping rate of other manufacturers/exporters in Taiwan is 24.43%. This case involves products under the US coordinated tariff number 5503.20.0025. The U.S. Department of Commerce is expected to make a final anti-dumping ruling on this case on May 11, 2018.
