CCB: Green finance supports high-quality transformation and development of Zhili printing and dyeing industry
The Huzhou Zhili Branch of China Construction Bank recently issued a loan of 80 million yuan to a textile printing and dyeing company in Huzhou to help manufacturing companies transform into green and achieve high quality development.
It is reported that the company is a large private enterprise mainly engaged in the textile printing and dyeing industry in Zhili. Its products and technologies are at the leading level in the country and it is a leading enterprise in the local printing and dyeing industry. one. As the business scale further expands, the original business site can no longer meet the existing production capacity. Last year, the company carried out an overall relocation in compliance with local planning arrangements. However, the huge capital investment in the relocation and technical renovation of the new textile printing and dyeing base and the purchase of annual production printing and dyeing equipment put the company’s capital turnover under great pressure.
After the bank learned about the company’s plight, it further learned that the company’s “new textile printing and dyeing base relocation, technical transformation and annual output of 30 units (sets) printing and dyeing equipment project” is the city’s first batch of city-wide industrial “projects” in 2020 “Big, Good, High” project, the construction content involved in this project has been assessed as greentransformation and upgrading of enterprises in traditional industries.
The bank came to the door immediately and learned that the project adopts domestic advanced production processes and technologies. Among them, cotton dyeing, chemical fiber cloth printing and dyeing, and knitted fabric dyeing all use natural gas direct-fired heating technology and are equipped with hot air circulation systems. All processes The process implements automatic online detection technology of hot air humidity, liquid level, door width, roll diameter, edge position, length, temperature, speed difference and other key parameters, realizing the automation of the production process. At the same time, cotton dyeing, chemical fiber cloth printing and dyeing, and knitted fabric dyeing all use high-temperature wastewater waste heat utilization processes to achieve the recovery and reuse of waste heat energy.
It has been calculated that after upgrading the original production process and sewage system, the energy consumption per unit product of the company was significantly reduced compared with the original production project after the technical transformation and relocation. While the production capacity doubled, the amount of sewage was accurately controlled. Within the original scope, all pollution discharge indicators of the enterprise comply with the pollution discharge standards. The bank passed the approval and granted the company a credit line of 200 million yuan for its technical transformation and relocation project, and 80 million yuan has been issued so far.
This investment in the project loan of a textile printing and dyeing company in Huzhou is an epitome of CCB Huzhou Zhili Branch’s involvement in the green upgrading and transformation of local industrial enterprises, and reflects CCB’s responsibility as a major state-owned bank. In the next step, the government will continue to support the real economy and provide more support to enterprises in green transformation and upgrading.
