It is understood that the biggest difficulty faced by the local area is the lack of water resources. It has been a warm winter in the past two years, with almost no snow. Last winter, many cotton fields did not have water for winter irrigation, and spring irrigation was carried out selectively after the beginning of spring. In response to this situation, Tumushuk City promoted dry sowing and wet sowing this year to solve the problem of water shortage.
