It is understood that these shortlisted companies have legal procedures for drawing water resources, and the water drawing has not exceeded the plan in the past three years; there have been no major safety, pollution accidents or major ecological damage incidents in the past three years; they meet the water efficiency index requirements of the National Green Industrial Park , and the water efficiency is at the leading level; the “three simultaneous” and “four in place” systems for water conservation are implemented in new construction, reconstruction, and expansion projects; a water conservation management system is established, and major enterprises have supporting water conservation measures.

According to reports, the state will strengthen policy support for water-saving benchmarks and water efficiency leader enterprises and parks, and encourage local governments to design diversified financial capital investment guarantee mechanisms. Implement special policies for industry-finance cooperation to promote green industrial development, give full play to the role of the national industry-finance cooperation platform, and guide financial institutions to provide guarantees, credit and other green financial support to relevant enterprises and parks.
